or obese.
On average, being overweight reduces a dog’s lifespan by up to 2 ½ years when compared to the lifespan of dogs with a healthy body weight.
Pet owners find it hard to keep track of their pets' needs, and many dogs and cats end up obese or unhealthy as a result.
